How to schedule content in Meta Business Suite

1.In the Meta Business Suite, you have the option to create and schedule posts in the following parts of your dashboard: Planner, Content, and Home.
2. Select Create Post in any of these sections.
3. Decide if you wish to share the post on Instagram, Facebook, or both.
4. Enter the information about your post, such as the location, tags, media, and caption.
5. The Edit button, which appears when you hover over uploaded material, gives you additional options for altering your articles.

6.The post preview appears on the right. Additionally, you may view how it will appear on desktop versus mobile or on Facebook in comparison to Instagram.

7.Choose whether to Boost the post, which will turn it into an advertisement.

8.To save a draft of your post, choose Schedule, Publish, or Finish Later if you’re satisfied.

    Create and schedule a Reel

    How to make and plan a Facebook or Instagram reel:
    1. Usually located next to the “Create post” button, tap the “Create reel.”

    2. Select whether to post the Reel on Facebook, Instagram, or both. To accomplish this, check the relevant accounts in the “Share to” field.
    3. To add the media you wish to include in your reel, click Add video or Add photo. Please take note that Photo Reels are not yet supported on Instagram.
    4. Provide an attention-grabbing caption that succinctly summarizes your reel in the Reel details box. Utilize pertinent hashtags to boost interaction and visibility.

    5. Choose a thumbnail by uploading your own cover photo or selecting one of the options that are offered.
    6. You can include someone else’s name or URL in the “Collaborator” box if you’re working together on the Reel. You can invite them directly, or they will be invited automatically.
    7. Press the Next icon.
    8. You can edit your video here and add currently popular music to your Reels.
    9. Use the Edit option to make any necessary adjustments to the media you’ve uploaded.

    10. Choose the Boost option to make your Reel become an advertisement.
    11. After you are happy with your reel, you have three options: share now, schedule, or finish later. Facebook reels are the only ones that can be saved as drafts; Instagram reels cannot.
    5. Presents from your audience or “Remixing” are permitted at this point. You have the option of sharing your reel with a restricted group or the general public.

    Create and schedule a Story

    To make and plan a Facebook or Instagram Story:
    1. Select Create Story from the drop-down menu next to the “Create post” button.
    2. Include material (photos and movies, for example). Moreover, you can choose more than one image at once.
    3. Tap the Edit option to cut your story or add text and stickers. On your screen, you can adjust their size and position.
    4. Decide whether you want your post to appear on Instagram Stories, Facebook Stories, or both.
    5. After you’re happy, select Share to publish right away or Schedule to publish at a later time.

    How to add a Facebook Business page to Meta Business Suite

    In order to add a Facebook Page, follow these steps:
    1. Open your Meta Business Suite account and log in.
    2. Open the left-hand menu and select the Settings tab.
    3. Click Accounts and then click Pages.
    4. Choose between adding a page, requesting access to an existing page, or creating a new page by clicking the Add button. Unless you wish to build and administer a new Page, the last choice might not be important as you probably already had a Facebook Page before reaching this point.
    5. Click Add a Page for Pages that already exist. Type in the page’s name or URL to add it.

      6.If you are the Page owner, you will receive a prompt to go into your Facebook account to confirm that you are the owner. To finish the verification procedure, adhere to the instructions.

      How to add an Instagram account to Meta Business Suite

      The steps to add an Instagram account are as follows:
      1. Open your Meta Business Suite account and log in.
      2. Open the left-hand menu and select the Settings tab.
      3. Click Accounts and then choose Instagram Accounts.
      4. Press the Add menu item.
      5. You’ll be reminded via a pop-up that you can only include professional Instagram accounts in company portfolios. It will automatically change to a business account if you add a personal one. After reading over and accepting the rules, click Claim Instagram Account.
      6. You will be prompted to log into your Instagram account in a new window that opens. After entering your password and Instagram username, click “Log In.”
      7. You’ll be asked to give Meta Business Suite permission to access your Instagram account after logging in.

      How to connect your ad accounts in Meta Business Suite

      For your Meta Business Suite, to add an advertising account:
      1. Select Settings.
      2. Select Accounts and then Ad Accounts from the menu.
      3. Enter the ad account ID when adding or requesting access to an ad account. To choose individuals and access levels, adhere to the prompts.
      4. Select one of the following three actions: Request to share a new ad account, Claim an existing ad account, or Create a new ad account.
